Wow what a great service from John. From the moment you meet you know you are in safe hands from someone that does what's right for you, which isn't easy to find when it comes to computers. John came to the house, navigated to the computer despite an enthusiastic welcome from my dalmatian and jack russell. Within a short space of time and after a quick chat, he'd diagnosed the problem enough to know the computer wasn't worth saving and it was cheaper / better to get a new one. I'm really grateful and highly recommend booking a visit if you need help with a laptop or computer.

John has been fixing our 3 computers for C10 years. He's quick, easy to communicate with, responds quickly, comes to the house or works remotely and delivers on his promise. He's a very useful John!!
